I am always looking for a quick meal to make at home that is both delicious and good for you.
Last week we tried a new recipe. It’s called the Light Italian Shrimp and Rice Skillet. It was so easy to make and the whole family enjoyed it – the baby and the toddler too!
The longest part of making this meal was taking the tails off the shrimp. The recipe calls for them to stay on – but with kids I’m extra mindful of these things.
